  Got here 10 mins before appointment, park on street and walk to gaurd shack, guy working was cool as they get. Took my number and waited 2 hrs to get a dock (only see 3 doors and it is tight but manageable) waited for the guy to come out to get paperwork and cut the seal which was another 2 hrs. Now 2 more hrs against the dock and haven't felt the first movement in the trailer, ridiculous. Avoid if you can, I know from now on I will....As stated in an earlier post you will be late for your next appointment, my other drop is 15 mins away and already over an hour late.
